Tutoring & Mentoring

The Mission and Service Committee promotes tutoring and mentoring with individual students at Pleasant Valley and Cloud schools during the school year. Volunteers from last year each tutored or mentored from one to three students each week. Teachers at the school say academic progress and classroom behavior are improved by having a caring adult to regularly reinforce good habits.

Adventure into Mission (K-5th)

Join the group as we do a mission around town on these days. We will also study some scripture and talk about how it relates to our daily lives. Lunch is included in all Adventure into Mission outings.

Stop, Drop and Play

Stop, Drop and Play Outreach ministry is for children birth to elementary school and their caregivers. Its’ goal is to replenish the caregivers through fellowship and connect the children with their peers.
