Cloud Elementary School is a neighborhood school that is just a few blocks from Pleasant Valley. Volunteers from Pleasant Valley UMC help tutor students and serve as mentors. You can help a student with a subject they are struggling in or just play a game and have lunch together. The staff at Cloud will work with your schedule and comfort level with the subject being tutored. They work hard to match you with a student who really needs your help. You don't have to attend a weekly session, just whenever your schedule permits. A caring adult can make a huge difference in the life of a child.
